Firefighting is more than just a job or task to f覺n覺sh it儕陲荌珛 everybody respons覺b覺l覺ty. every m覺nute matters and can make a b覺g change, Just 覺mag覺ne working at some f覺ref覺ght覺ng m覺ss覺on of Turkey’s w覺ldest forests or 覺n one of the busiest airports, responding to a broad range of emergencies and helping people and the nature in a meaningful way.

Two Canadair CL-415 and one Russ覺an Beriev Be-200 f覺ref覺ght覺ng a覺rcraft started to operate 覺n turkey’s forests one month ago, but why we d覺dnt seen a b覺g f覺res shut or even a large is work done yet?

Well, f覺rst 覺 must ment覺on both A覺rcraft specs on f覺ref覺ght覺ng. lets start w覺th the great russ覺an Beriev Be-200, Marketed as being designed for firefighting, search and rescue, maritime patrol, cargo, and passenger transportation, it has a capacity of 12,000 litres (3,200 US gal) in dumping water capability.

What about Canadair CLA 415? The Canadair CL-415 / Bombardier 415 is a twin-engined firebomber and utility amphibious aircraft produced by the Canadian manufacturer Bombardier Aerospace. The Bombardier 415 is also known as the Superscooper w覺th a Capacity of 6,137 l (1,350 imp gal; 1,621 US gal) 覺n waterdump覺ng. Everyth覺ng 覺s clear unt覺ll now, but why 覺n total of more than 6,000 US gal of water dumping capability 覺s noth覺ng for these w覺ld f覺res 覺n turkey?.

Turkish Airlines own 4X of Boe覺ng 747-400 Fre覺ghters wh覺ch they can ea覺sly converted to tankers 覺n few days as these B747-400 can hold more than 17,500 US gallons of water per A覺rcraft!! wh覺ch 覺s s覺m覺lar for the three A覺rcraft that they are us覺ng now X3 t覺mes!. The type is capable of carrying, and dumping, 19,200 gallons (72,678 liters) of retardant, ranking first of its type. The second-largest capacity air tanker is the Russian-made llyushin IL-76 at 11,574 gallons. In third place, we find the DC-10, which was capable of carrying 11,600 gallons but was subsequently restricted to carrying only 9,400 gallons. The Global SuperTanker can dump water or flame retardant in just six seconds and fly as low as 200 feet (61 meters) above the ground for the task. It can be refilled in just 13 minutes. The super tanker has served in many countries, not just in the US.

Perhaps it’s something that most passengers often thought about but never tried to ask: why are most airplanes painted white?

Of course, each airline has its own unique touches on livery, including fuselage color, and the whole design as well as typographical identifiers, but almost every passenger aircraft has white paint underneath it. Let me present you with some explanations why.

Reason 1: Significant cost savings

The use of other colors, especially black, means additional weight. “Because it contains more “pigments” in it. “Paint adds to an airplane between 273 and 544 kilograms of weight” a Boeing spokesman told Telegraph Travel. Extra weight ensures that more fuel is consumed. To put that into perspective, about eight passengers are equal to 544 kg.

Furthermore, airlines often end up selling their aircrafts to other carriers and they will find it much harder to do so if the color scheme is anything but white.

Reason 2: White easily indicates fuselage cracks and leaks.

For fuselage degradation, such as cracks, dents or oil leakage, the color white is the best option for better spotting. That’s a major benefit, in particular for NDT technicians.

Reason 3: Sunlight reflection

White paint ages better than any another color. Being exposed to sunlight at high altitudes can take its toll on deeper colors, but not on the color white. It doesnt fade. It also minimizes both the heating and potential damage from solar radiation not only when the airplane in high altitude, but also when it儕陲荌珛 parked.

Reason 4: Less bird strikes, less damage, less maintenance costs.

A contact between a bird and an aircraft that is in flight or one that is taking off, landing, or in low-altitude flight is known as a bird strike. Bird strikes are frequent and can be a major threat to aircraft safety.

White fuselages can increase the visibility of aircrafts and theoretically enhance bird identification and avoidance. Darker aircraft color schemes, on the other hand, could likely minimize the contrast between an aircraft and its surroundings. This can decrease a birds’ ability to detect an aircraft in adequate time to avoid collisions.

Historically, some airlines have tried not to use any color at all. For a long time, American Airlines (A1G) (AAL) made their aircrafts simply silver-colored. To conclude, I would like to say that there’s obviously nothing wrong with painting a hue on an aircraft. Keep in mind, that paint can oxidize with time, and because of oxidization, it will likely appear whiter in color anyway.

As this is a personal view I should disclose my personal prejudices. Im on iOS and Androind and have roughly 32 aviation apps installed and roughly 110 apps in my account that I installed and later deleted.

ForeFlight yearly subscriptions range from $74.99 to $149.99 a year) This is the only EFB Smith said he can speak authoritatively about. It was the first blockbuster iPhone/iPad app and it儕陲荌珛 incredibly good, with the attention to detail in design and the user experience is great, he said. I trust it with my life pretty much every time I fly, and can pay no higher compliment than that. Smith also mentioned WingX, Garmin Pilot, AOPA FlyQ, Jeppesen FliteDeck, Bendix King MyWingman, FltPlan Go, Avare, and AvPlan EFB.

As this is a personal view I should disclose my personal prejudices. Im on iOS and have roughly 25 aviation apps installed and roughly 150 apps in my account that I installed and later deleted.

This article is not just for multi-millionaires, it’s also for brokers, for aviation geeks, for people who plan in future to buy or hire a private jet and if youre first-time buyers, it can be a little bit difficult to know exactly what youll need. Let儕陲荌珛 focus on the most important things that you must know before you decide to purchase a private jet.

This first question, how much is your max budget?

you should know that it’s not just the initial price tag you need to think about. You should also budget in the fact that youll pay for a maintenance crew, operating costs like fuel, oil hydraulic, landing fees, air clearance, and for other charges like insurance, hangar parking, as well as for routine/non-routine checks you will need a punch of consumables like rivets, bolts, gaskets…etc and some of the major components if needed as well as for OH cycles.

-If your budget lower than one million starts by looking for jets like HondaJet, piper700A, or Cirrus SF50, that can ferry four passengers around 1,800km without refueling!

-For a two or three millions budget, you can get light jets like hawker400x, Cessna, or Embraer phenom 300

-For 10-20 millions you can get a really cool midsize jet like Gulfstream 150, hawker 800xp, falcon50!

Well, the second question is what distances do you typically fly? , and how many people do you fly with?

Well, first of all, the average flight of a private jet is two-three hours with three or four passengers on board so if this is your need you don’t need to spend more than $10 millions. Try and be smart and think about what you actually want.”

*Ensure a clear title and transfer ownership

In order to protect yourself, you must initiate an Aircraft Title Search. You will need to fill out FAA Form 8050-2 and you will need a bill of sale.

NOTE: *”Under [Federal Aviation Regulations] Part 47, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the aircraft is registered.

When making a purchase of this amount you want to be sure you get a chance to have it professionally tested and inspected by an engineer before you make your final decision. You never know what kind of maintenance may need to be performed, especially when purchasing used. Any potential maintenance costs may also be grounds for re-negotiation on your contract.

In a recent couple of years (UAVs) have amply demonstrated their value and attractiveness with a wide range of applications includes inspection, maintenance, and repair in the aviation world, UAVs are high-tech electromechanical systems, remotely or autonomously controlled.

the most important thing we should be familiar with about this is the same moment transmission technology which means building a similar system using reverse engineering!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

well, UAV works on an electronic panel (stable OR unstable). stable panels are often built for armed heavy UAVs like Chinese CH-4, unstable panels are wirelessly controlled by small devices like kylite UAVs

HOW THE PROCESS OF CONNECTING THE UAV WITH THE ELECTRONIC PANEL DONE?

It can be done via two modes, the first one is GCS (Ground command station). in this mode, engineers can send, receive and control the UAV directly from the panel

the second one is ALR (automatic launch and recovery). this mode is programmed to fly to specific places in a specific time (automatically).

GPS SPOOFING ATTACKS/ UAV’s HACKING.

in fact, the most of engineers and technicians think that it can be possible to take down a UAV using reverse engineering only. but actually, the most successful UAV’s hacking are done by GPS SPOOFING ATTACKS.

GPS SPOOFING ATTACKS?

Disconnecting the connection between the UAV and the panel, to do that we should use a device called SNG (Satellite News Gathering ), with this device, we can generate similar signals with the same frequencies using more power than the normal signals to completely disconnect the connection.

Other general maintenance services such as structure repair, wheel s and brakes, NDT and interior cabin services are also available. JAC is privileged to be a Jordanian company as Jordan is located strategically and centrally in the Middle East, enjoying political and economic stability. Furthermore, with JAC being registered in the Private.

Ziad Abuain, CEO of Jordan Aeronautical-systems Company, discusses where customer demand lies and its plans to grow capabilities in the coming years.

JAC repairs mature engine types such as the JTD8 series and CMF56. Is demand for these older engines still proving strong?

African and various Middle Eastern operators are still operating legacy engines such as CFM56 & JT8D. However; based on our projections the demand for these older engines will be extinct within four to five years.

Geographically, how is the expansion into the Africa and Central Asia regions going?

Demand for services in recent years has very much decreased from surrounding Middle Eastern countries. This due to the ongoing political and economic conflicts in countries such as Iraq, Syria, Libya and Yemen. A great portion of their fleets and airport infrastructure were destroyed and fleet utilization has decreased to a minimum. Our strategic plan is to target regions where the demand is higher and consistent. I foresee high demand however for MRO services on contemporary aircraft for older aircraft for Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa regions.

Which service are you currently seeing the largest amount of demand?

The largest amount of demand for airframe and engine services on 737 classics as well as NGs, in addition to avionics upgrade which is third largest dimension on the C130, 382 and L100 aircraft. Most of our customers demands are forthcoming from the Middle Eastern and African regions. We will be targeting European and Central Asian operators upon approval for A320 family.

There儕陲荌珛 no such thing as the best airline in the world?!

Let me explain..

Whether it be for business travel or for a holiday, choosing the right airline for your needs is important if you wish to avoid anxiety and stress.

There are those who say that airline A is the best, and there are those who swear by airline B being the best… so, who is right?

Well, in my opinion it儕陲荌珛 purely a matter of perspective. How you ask? Let me explain..

Lets do a quick comparison between three different types of passengers; a tourist, a business traveller, and an airplane technican.

The technician passenger will always begin his search for the safest airline with the safest aircraft and lowest accidents on record for the chosen airline. He would likely select the lufthansa 777-300 or something along those lines.

If you consider the business traveller, however, he would likely search for shortest flight hours regardless of price.. after all, in the business world, time is money! A good choice for such type of travel in this passenger儕陲荌珛 opinion would be the Gulfstream 650. This type of aircraft has the efficiency to fly 6,750 nautical miles/12,501 kilometers nonstop.

On the other hand, a tourist will often not be picky about the aircraft or airline as long as it儕陲荌珛 safe, operates from most major airports, and fits within the budget.

As a flight enthusiast my choice would ultimately be the Lufthansa (LHAB) (LHA) 777-300. Why Lufthansa (LHAB) (LHA) you ask? Germany’s Lufthansa (LHAB) (LHA) is a European aviation juggernaut which has been in operation since 1955. The Frankfurt-based carrier was recently named Europe’s best long-haul airliner which has the longest flight recorded measuring 13 hours and 55 minutes. This German wonder has not suffered any fatal accidents since 1993 and its home is Frankfurt airport which serves most destinations in the world.

So, to conclude, passengers generally evaluate airlines according to their own point of view. As weve seen above, the idea of the world儕陲荌珛 best airline is quite a personal opinion based on passenger needs.

Bon voyage!
