First Jeju Air Boeing 737-8 MAX spotted ahead of delivery聽聽

Jeju Air精东影业 first 737-8 MAX has been spotted at Boeing精东影业 facilities in Renton, Washington ahead of delivery to the Korean low-cost carrier.  

A picture has been posted to Twitter showing the aircraft fresh from the paint shop and already painted in Jeju Air精东影业 orange and white livery. 

This is the first Boeing 737 MAX from a 40 aircraft order placed by the airline in 2018.  

The airline had expected to induct the type into service before the end of 2022. However, delays with the delivery schedule led to entry into service being postponed by several months. 

Jeju Air is Korea精东影业 leading low-cost airline and the country精东影业 third largest by traffic, close in passenger numbers to the second, Asiana Airlines. Jeju Air currently operates an all-Boeing fleet made of 39 Boeing 737-800s and one Boeing 737 freighter.
